Step 1: Discovery
Discovery: EFG will meet with you to talk in detail about the specifications for your customization, and carefully review any mock-ups or previous versions of the report or function you have been using, if any.
Scope of Work: Once we have enough information, we will scope the project and draft a statement-of-work proposal that presents an estimate so that you may properly budget for the project.
Step 2: Development
Upon execution of our master services agreement, approval of the statement-of-work and receipt of the initial deposit, you will be assigned a Programmer. Your Programmer will begin working on the project based the specifications and mock-ups provided, contacting you with questions as needed to ensure the project is going in the right direction.
Step 3: Fine Tuning
Your Programmer will keep you up to date on the progress and regularly test the working product with you to ensure it continues to utilize and display your data properly. You will work with the Programmer to make in-scope adjustments as needed to ensure your desired outcome.
Step 4: Success
Delivery: Once the project is complete, the Programmer will coordinate with you to schedule a debrief review and final demonstration to ensure the outcome has met with your expectations.
Ongoing Partnership: Your Programming Team will also discuss any remaining needs you may have, exploring additional ways EFG can assist you. We will talk with you about how you may rely on EFG to assist you on an ongoing basis as your business continues to grow and thrive.
