Step 1: Discovery
Discovery: EFG will assist you in gathering as much information as possible so that we understand your business, your portfolio and your needs relating to your property management software platform. Scope of Work: Once we have enough information, we will scope the project and draft a statement-of-work proposal that is broken out by project task and presents a detailed estimate so that you may properly budget for the project.


Step 2: Kickoff

Project Launch: Upon execution of our master services agreement, approval of the statement-of-work and receipt of the initial deposit, you will be assigned a Project Manager. Your Project Manager will coordinate a Kick-Off meeting with you to officially launch the project. As part of the Kick-Off meeting, the Project Manager will introduce to your project team, review the project outline and agree on deadlines and milestones.

Step 3: Progress
Execution: Your EFG will work to carry out all the tasks associated with the project. During your regular project meetings your Project Manager will provide you with updates on progress and milestones and gather any additional information required to continue the project. Adjustment: As new needs arise, the Project Manager will update the project requirements and make any needed adjustments to ensure a smooth, timely completion.
Step 4: Success
Delivery: Once the project is complete, the Project Manager will coordinate with you to schedule a debrief. Your project team will confirm with you that all deliverables meet with your expectations. Ongoing Partnership:  Your EFG team will also discuss any remaining needs you may have, exploring additional ways EFG can assist you. We will talk with you about how you may rely on EFG to assist you on an ongoing basis as your business continues to grow and thrive.
