Custom reports, dashboards, and data customizations should not live in a queue. The Custom Reporting Subscription reserves a block of EFG programming time every month, at a discounted rate, so your requests move directly into development.

It is the same trusted, contract-based model behind our Help Desk and Accounting subscriptions, designed for clients who need consistent reporting work without the friction of one-off scopes and ad-hoc estimates.

The Difference

Unused hours roll forward.

Reporting work is rarely evenly spaced. Some months you need two reports, some months none. With the Custom Reporting Subscription, hours you do not use stay with you. They roll forward and remain available for up to 90 days.

You pay a predictable monthly rate. You get a flexible bank of programming time that grows when you save and stretches when you need a bigger build.

We start with a working call to define the report, confirm data sources, and align on output. Come prepared with your outline so the half-hour covers the full scope.

One intermediate report

Your EFG programmer builds against your Yardi or AppFolio environment, validates the data, and delivers a first pass for review.

03 / Refine

One round of revisions

After you review the first pass, we incorporate your feedback in a structured revision cycle. Scope of a standard revision is defined in your subscription agreement.

The Custom Reporting Subscription is a flat monthly fee that includes 8 hours of EFG programming time at a 12.5% discount off our standard rate. Exact pricing is scoped per engagement based on your software environment. Book a consultation and we will walk you through the full structure.

All time on the engagement counts: the spec'ing call, development, validation, the revision cycle, and any back-and-forth on the report. The 8 hour structure is designed to cover one intermediate report per month, including discovery and one round of revisions.

If a project will run long, you have two paths. You can authorize the additional time and we continue at our standard programming rate, or we pause the work and resume the following month when new hours become available. We confirm with you before any additional time is billed.

Any unused hours in a given month roll forward and remain available for up to three months. We apply your oldest hours first, so as long as you are using the subscription on a regular cadence, your accrued time stays available when you need a bigger build.

EFG specializes in Yardi and AppFolio, with 30 years of expertise across both platforms. Reports are built against your live environment using native APIs, exports, and database access where available.
