Arizona's largest privately owned property management and maintenance company
Established in 1993, Phoenix-based Reliance Management, LLC is comprised of Reliance Management and Arizona Commercial Management (ACM). Together they have operated 180 multi-tenant properties comprising 16 million square feet and 2,500 tenants across Maricopa and Pima counties.
The challenge
Consolidating two independent companies with distinct processes into one Voyager database — in 90 days
Reliance Management and ACM operated independently but needed consolidated accounting, financials, and reporting. Each company had its own Voyager requirements, and the implementation had a tight 90-day window.
- 200+ total properties from previous systems needed extraction and consolidation
- Each company required distinct configurations for reporting, processing, and Voyager modules
- Major add-on products (PAYscan, Bill Pay, Payment Processing) needed to go live simultaneously
- A pilot test of four properties was run over two months to validate data and configurations
