The challenge
Outgrowing Yardi Breeze while simultaneously needing an outsourced accounting department
Libertas quickly found that Yardi Breeze couldn't accommodate their expansion plans. They needed to upgrade to Voyager while having EFG take over as their accounting department — all in the early stages of their business.
